Worten Winners is the platform Worten’s store teams log into every day, a gamified space built to keep them motivated and moving towards their goals. The login screen is the one thing every user sees, every single time. The brief was to make that moment worth showing up for.
Worten Winners is the platform Worten’s store teams log into every day, a gamified space built to keep them motivated and moving towards their goals. The login screen is the one thing every user sees, every single time. The brief was to make that moment worth showing up for.
So the login stopped being a static screen. It became a rotating set of animations tied to the calendar, each one marking a moment in the year, a holiday, a season, a celebration. The platform always felt current, and a routine daily action picked up a small lift.

Twelve animations carried it through the year, from Black Friday and Christmas to Portugal’s own moments, April 25th, Portugal’s day, and the Popular Saints. Each was illustrated, modelled in 3D, and animated as its own small world, made to land in the few seconds a login takes.
