CHRISTMAS FACTORY

Fábrica do Natal (Christmas Factory) was the Christmas edition of Worten’s internal store competition, part of the Worten Winners programme. Stores competed on sales, with one difference that changed the tone: the winning store earned the right to donate its prize to charity.

The competition came from Worten. The world built around it did not. It took the shape of a Christmas factory, fully illustrated and staged in a single isometric view, so the whole floor could be taken in at once. A warm, festive palette, seasonal props, and a cast of characters gave the platform a place to live rather than a screen to read.

The scene was built to respond to how each store was doing. As sales climbed, it came to life. Speed, colour, light, and detail shifted across five stages, from a quiet factory at the start to one running at full tilt beyond 100%. Store performance became something people could watch happen.

Participation was built into the world. Every user began by personalising a Christmas elf, and each choice counted as a vote. Each store’s elf was generated from all of those votes, so the mascot cheering the team on was made by the team itself.

The identity, the illustration, the characters, and every motion piece were built around that idea, from the teaser through the platform walkthrough. It turned a sales dashboard into a Christmas world worth checking on, with a charity payoff at the end.
